The internationally renowned artist Danh Vo was sued by the controversial art collector Bert Kreuk, who claimed that Vo had failed to create a work of art for him. The court has to decide on the question whether a commissioner can enforce performance from an artist. Bergh Stoop Sanders is assisting the artist and his gallery.
