Bergh Stoop & Sanders assisted The European Fine Art Foundation (TEFAF), the world’s leading art fair, in establishing a joint venture with New York-based art consultancy Artvest Partners. Maarten Sanders acted as lead counsel and worked with the New York law firm Herrick Feinstein LLP, among others. As a result of the partnership, TEFAF will host two annual art fairs in the Park Avenue Armory building (at Park Avenue and 66th Street) – where prominent galleries from around the world will be represented. The partnership is attracting much public attention in the national and international press.
